Chemeti's impostor

This corvette of the Assassin-class was the property of Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin. It made its way to the location of Red Claw, masquerading as the lead ship of corvette group Chemeti, claiming that the second vessel was "delayed." This was a deception designed to collect pirate inmates and a scientist who specialized in the TIE Defender. While the transfer was in progress, Zaarin's own TIE Defenders launched an assault; however, the attack served as a distraction. Once the attack was fought off, the corvette jumped into hyperspace. Shortly thereafter, the actual corvettes appeared. Only then did the Imperials understand that they had been tricked.
