Claret

Claret was a type of alcoholic drink. In the cellars under his palace on Tatooine, Jabba the Hutt kept several casks of claret that originated from other planets. Following his death, a band of his ex-workers, feeling both relieved and sorry for themselves now that they were no longer working for him, broke open the casks.

A claret-style wine was Sullustan wine.
