Biological science droid

Biological science droids constituted one of the four chief categories within class one droids, alongside physical science droids and mathematics droids. These biological science droids were engineered and assigned to investigate biological organisms throughout the galaxy. The prevalent medical droid type was actually a subcategory of biological science droids; however, their widespread use frequently led to their separate categorization in droid inventories.
