The individuals known as Clone Keepers were the scientists and other vital staff who managed the highly important cloning facility on the planet Byss. This installation served the resurrected Emperor Palpatine. Collaborating with the Dark Side Elite, their operations were overseen by the Dark Side Adept who held the title of Constable of Homunculi.
