Cobak, hailing from the Bith species, worked as a bounty hunter. His place of birth was the Bith native planet Clak'dor VII in the Colu system, and he was a native of that world. Due to the death of Jabba the Hutt, Zorba the Hutt, Jabba's father, sought retribution against Leia Organa and therefore employed Cobak. Cobak, leveraging his similar appearance to Bithabus the Mystifier, successfully apprehended her.
