Concentration

Concentration, a Force power, relied upon the Control skill. Jedi who used Concentration would center their attention on a single objective. By emptying their minds of any negativity, they could sense the Force moving both within them and throughout the cosmos. When this was done effectively, the Jedi's chances of achieving their desired outcome were increased. On the other hand, any attempt to perform other actions while using this power would be unsuccessful. Luke Skywalker utilized this Force ability to stabilize himself prior to making the crucial shot that destroyed the first Death Star. Jedi who were calm and self-assured found it simple to enter a state of Concentration. However, those plagued by fear and hostility experienced greater difficulty, and those driven by unfavorable emotions found it extremely challenging.
