Typically, these palaces were constructed on planets where the Consortium exerted significant control, functioning as the hub for the Consortium's financial transactions in that location. The building's robust defenses posed a challenge to any attempts by Rebel or Imperial forces to demolish it. Furthermore, the palace incorporated both a shield generator along with a communications array. This particular construction was also capable of producing Defilers, Mobile Defense Units, and Ewok Handlers.
