The Constancians were a race of native humanoid mammals from Constancia, known for their small stature and telepathic abilities.

These telepathic humanoids, the Constancians, possessed a unique appearance; they had skin that was a flaming orange color, coupled with orange hair and yellowish-gold eyes. Their facial features resembled those of children.
