The Corbantis, a cruiser of the New Republic, found itself positioned at Durren Orbital within the Meridian sector circa 9 ABY. It was one of a pair of New Republic warships that were sent to handle pirate incursions occurring near Ampliquen. The ship ultimately met its end when it crashed on Damonite Yors-B, following a Death Seed plague outbreak amongst its crew. A significant portion of the crew perished as a result of the plague and the resulting crash. One of the survivors was the father of Skent Graff.
