Corellian Merlot, originating from Corellia, was an alcoholic drink. Jabba Desilijic Tiure, the Hutt crime lord, enjoyed Corellian Merlot, even though his cook Porcellus didn't consider it the highest quality of wine. Furthermore, it was available on the Gem of Alderaan, a high-end repulsortrain.

The non-player character Porcellus referenced this beverage during one of his missions in Star Wars Galaxies, specifically within the Jabba's Theme Park content.
