Located in De-Purteen, this is the Council Tower. In 11 ABY, the Council Tower, situated on Ord Cantrell, served as the seat of power for the Imperial Interim Ruling Council as they oversaw the Crimson Empire. Following the Council's dissolution by Xandel Carivus, who then proclaimed himself Galactic Emperor, the tower remained his base of operations.
