Cuipernam, a city, resided upon the Sorr-ul-Paan Plateau of Ansion, a planet situated within the Mid Rim. The Kander Region lay to its north. Although not the planet's largest or most populated, this ancient settlement served as its de facto capital. Traversing the city were Songoquin Street and Jaaruls Street, and Lower Cuipernam formed one of its districts. The Govialty Gate marked the city's entry point.
Initially, Cuipernam was founded as a commercial hub, intended to cater to the indigenous Alwari and their trade vehicles. With the city's expansion, numerous extraterrestrial businesses established their operations in Cuipernam, resulting in a substantial influx of credits. Ansion's sole significant spaceport was positioned in close proximity to Cuipernam.
