Subsequently, acting under the command of Hetton, she escorted "Rainah" against her will to meet with their superior. Their journey to Hetton's mansion exposed a past romantic connection between her and Kelad'den.
In Hetton's presence, Darth Zannah employed Sith magic on Cyndra, resulting in madness and hallucinations, notably including Kelad'den. This torment culminated in Cyndra gouging out her own eyes, followed by a seizure that induced a lasting catatonic state and ultimately, her demise at Darth Zannah's hand.
