Danalis was a Human girl without a home, taken in by Garris Shrike.
As Shrike journeyed across various worlds aboard the Trader's Luck for smuggling operations, Danalis was just one of numerous homeless children he employed to beg and pilfer. Vrelts had ravaged her face, leaving her without a nose or ears, making her a figure of pity. Shrike took advantage of her appearance, using her to solicit alms. He initially enticed Danalis to work for him by assuring her that he would fix her face once she had earned sufficient funds. She underwent training with the droid known as F8GN. When Danalis reached the age of fourteen years, she came to the understanding that Shrike would never fulfill his word, and she ended her own life by using an airlock.
