Daniel Frishman is a performer known for his roles as Ewoks within the Star Wars universe, specifically in the movie Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, as well as the spin-off films Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor. In an interview reflecting on his Star Wars involvement, Frishman expressed affection for his time portraying an Ewok and shared details about the experience of wearing an Ewok costume.

Daniel Frishman is an actor who took on the role of an Ewok in the 1983 original trilogy installment, Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. He later reprised his role as an Ewok, specifically Deej Warrick, in two additional films: Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor, which were released in 1984 and 1985, respectively. During a 2010 interview featured on the Star Wars Interviews website, Frishman mentioned that he did not recall auditioning for any of his Star Wars parts. However, he believed he was cast as Warrick due to his prior involvement in Return of the Jedi. Frishman noted that portraying an Ewok presented challenges, including being confined within the costumes and dealing with the rapid fogging of the eye openings, but he felt the production team was understanding and accommodating.
He fondly recalled being able to discern when his fellow Ewok actors were in character, even though they were entirely concealed by their costumes. Frishman also spoke about developing a positive rapport with a young Warwick Davis, who played Wicket, Deej's on-screen son, and the rest of the Warrick family. Furthermore, he discussed his experiences working with directors John Korty and George Lucas. While he remembered his time as an Ewok with fondness, he also acknowledged the hard work involved. After a fifteen-year career in acting, Frishman transitioned to a career in real estate.
