Darktrooper
Elite stormtroopers enhanced by the dark side of the Force, known as Darktroopers, were utilized by the Dark Empire during Operation Shadow Hand. These troopers, selected from the finest in the legions, underwent restricted Force instruction, significantly increasing their combat effectiveness compared to typical stormtroopers. During 10 ABY, they operated on Nar Shaddaa under the leadership of Zasm Katth and Baddon Fass, and later on Ossus under Sedriss QL's command.
Behind the scenes
A mistake in the 1998 Star Wars: Rebellion real-time strategy game erroneously associated the game's dark trooper battle droids with darktroopers, implying that the droids were stormtroopers sensitive to the Force who used "enhanced exo-armor and weaponry."
