Death, previously called Dying Slowly, existed as a settlement located on the world of Jubilar. This location possessed a spaceport and was well-known as a hub for smuggling operations.
The town's overall look was in constant flux because of the numerous conflicts occurring between various groups within the planet's penal colony; areas could transition rapidly from being in good repair to being dilapidated in just a few years, and the names of significant locations were often altered by whichever group was currently in charge. Some places of note included the Victory Forum, which hosted Regional Sector Number Four's All-Human Free-For-All during 12 BBY, and the warehouse area referred to as Executioner's Row.
