Deluge Device

The Deluge Device, a massive structure, was erected by the Corporate Sector Authority atop the Final Rest plateau located on the planet of Nyriaan. Functioning as the central component of the Deluge Experiment, the Device, similar in appearance to a vaporator, was used by the CSA in their attempt to modify Nyriaan's atmospheric conditions.
