Prior to the Battle of Yavin, specifically in 0 BBY, the Galactic Empire took punitive action against the town of Tondatha, located on the planet Agamar within the Lahara sector, by annihilating it. This act was reportedly a response to the supposed rebellious activities of the town's inhabitants. Tragically, the parents of Rebel Alliance starfighter pilot Keyan Farlander were included among the fatalities resulting from this assault.
