The Disac pirates were a notorious group of pirates that plagued the waters surrounding the Sisar Run. Their activities disrupted both legitimate and illicit trade to such an extent that Black Sun decided to take action and eradicate them.
Prince Xizor, the head of Black Sun, sent Ket Maliss, his deadly Dashade assassin known as a "shadow killer," to deal with the pirate band. Maliss subsequently wiped out nearly the entire organization. Although some members survived the slaughter, the Disac pirates were effectively destroyed and never recovered.
