Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo was a dining establishment situated within Black Spire Outpost's Docking Bay 7. To keep the restaurant stocked, supply vessels delivering provisions and goods would touch down on the roof. Visiting culinary experts, such as Strono "Cookie" Tuggs, would prepare meals at this location while on Batuu.

This eatery, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, was housed inside Docking Bay 7, a repurposed hangar and landing area along Merchant Row within Black Spire Outpost on the Outer Rim world of Batuu. Supply shuttles carrying food and various goods would land on the roof, offloading resources to the businesses below. Instead of a permanent restaurant, visiting chefs established temporary kitchens to prepare and serve food. Local Batuuans were employed as servers and kitchen assistants for the rotating selection of restaurants. Patrons could dine either inside the hangar or outside.

After the destruction of Takodana Castle in 34 ABY, chef Strono "Cookie" Tuggs parked his customized Sienar-Chall Utilipede Transport at the location and started running his mobile diner, Tuggs' Grub, from the building.
During the time Tuggs' Grub was stationed there in 34 ABY, Tuggs offered a diverse menu, which included A Taste of Takodana, Batuuan Beef and Crispy Topato Stir-fry, Braised Shaak Roast, Bright Suns Morning, Bright Suns Youngling Breakfast, Felucian Garden Spread, Fried Endorian Tip-Yip, Ithorian Garden Loaf, Mustafarian Lava Roll, Peka Tuna Poke, Pirjanad Hot Chicken Tip-Yip, Roasted Endorian Tip-Yip Salad, Smoked Kaadu Ribs, and Yobshrimp Noodle Salad.
A variety of drinks were also available, such as Batuubucha Tea, Black Spire Hot Chocolate, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Moof Juice, Phattro, Sprite, Surly Sarlacc, Takodana Quencher, tarine tea, and bottled water. For those with a sweet tooth, Batuu-bon and Oi-oi Puff were offered as dessert options.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is one of the restaurants featured in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, a themed land which debuted at Disneyland Park on May 31, 2019. It provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, along with choices specifically for children. The Disney's Hollywood Studios location offers alcoholic beverages, whereas the Disneyland location does not.
