Dragon-birds, alternatively known as dragon birds, referred to predatory birds that naturally occurred on both Onderon and Endor. The Ewoks of Endor viewed the Endorian dragon-birds as harbingers of ill fortune. On Onderon, the dragon-birds served as the design basis for the dragon-bird robot drones. It is possible that the dragon-birds inhabiting these two distinct planets were not related, and simply shared a common designation.
