The principal spaceport located on Drev'starn, Bothawui was known as Drev'starn Spaceport. In order to accommodate the planet's premier starport, a mountainous plain underwent expansion and flattening, serving both a functional need and a symbolic representation of status. The ability to sustain properties and inhabitants within the costly areas encircling the spaceport immediately elevated the reputation of businesses and individuals. While proximity to a bustling spaceport held limited appeal for other species, the resourceful Bothans interpreted the powerful sound of spacecraft arriving and leaving as a profound link to the galaxy and, consequently, its extensive web of information.
