Octrimo, whose core name is Droc'tri'morhs, was a male Chiss from the Droc family. He held the rank of Mid Commander and functioned as a pilot on the Vigilant. This Nightdragon man-of-war of the Chiss Ascendancy was under the command of Admiral Ar'alani.
Octrimo, while on the Lioaoin heartworld, remarked explicitly on the skill and talent possessed by Chiss sky-walkers. Throughout the Vigilant's recent voyages, Boadil'par'gasoi (Ilparg), the Chiss ambassador, consistently made disparaging remarks concerning Che'ri, the Vigilant's sky-walker, and did so where she could hear them. These remarks nearly caused her to suffer from insomnia due to the stress they induced. The entire bridge crew of the Vigilant, as a matter of fact, silently resented Ilparg's behavior toward the young woman.
Droc'tri'morhs debuted within the pages of Thrawn Ascendancy: Chaos Rising, a 2020 novel and the initial installment of The Ascendancy Trilogy authored by Timothy Zahn. His complete name was first revealed in Thrawn Ascendancy: Lesser Evil, a 2021 novel.
