DX-11a Outpost was a XQ6 Platform employed by the Galactic Empire. It housed a complement of two squadrons of TIE/LN starfighters.
Commander Zaletta, an Imperial officer who defected, found herself stationed at this very outpost when Rebel X-wing pilots, dispatched by the Liberty, arrived seeking her whereabouts. Following the destruction of the resident TIE fighters, and the subsequent deactivation of the outpost's protective shields, a quartet of Lambda-class T-4a shuttles departed the station in order to extract the personnel; the final shuttle carried Zaletta. After Zaletta acknowledged the Rebel's signal and linked up with the Redemption, the X-wings proceeded to obliterate the outpost.
