Near 0 BBY, Enfield, together with his senior tactical advisor, Corporal Grenwick, received orders to accompany Darth Vader to the prison cell where the captured Alderaanian Princess Leia Organa was being held, for the purpose of interrogation.
Enfield met his demise in the firefight that broke out when Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, and Chewbacca launched an assault on the detention block in an attempt to liberate Princess Leia.
