The pirate gang known as the Staved Skulls was under the command of an Iotran named the Eviscerator. To consolidate her own power, Zilastra, who was the head of the Riftwalkers gang, killed the Eviscerator, along with all the other leaders of the pirate groups operating in the Slice.
