Millennia passed, and Duttes Mer, a Centran governor, and Rokur Gepta, a Sorcerer of Tund, unearthed the Key. Both individuals desired the Mindharp and its hidden knowledge. However, reluctant to endanger themselves and aware of a local prediction, they coerced the charming rogue Lando Calrissian and his droid, Vuffi Raa, into undertaking the task. Following a series of escapades on Rafa V, Lando employed the Key to activate the Great Lock situated on a Sharu pyramid. This action resulted in Calrissian and his allies being transported inside the pyramid, while the Key disappeared into the lock's surface, rendering it unrecoverable.
