Faerz Waleth oversaw operations at Sprawl 41, a floating ranch belonging to Nebula Consumables situated on the world Tyed Kant; Sprawl 41's manager was Faerz Waleth. He maintained a friendly relationship with Sehn Baroule, the chief executive officer of Premier Provisions, a competing company. Initially, Waleth believed that a group of unfamiliar individuals, who were in reality Rebel operatives, were responsible for the malfunctions affecting the droids on Sprawl 41. However, he subsequently learned that the Mynock virus was the true cause.
