Fallenspire Stronghold functioned as the main operational hub for the Death's Claw pirate organization on the planet of Taris; it was a fortified bunker. The name of the stronghold came from the destroyed Endar Spire, the remnants of which were located just to the south. Within its walls, numerous captured Republic military personnel were held as prisoners, until Havoc Squad located them, liberating Ensign Tane and the other prisoners. Subsequently, Elara Dorne and her Search and Rescue Squad 204 provided safe passage for the rescued individuals.
