Fe Sun was a Jedi Knight of the female persuasion, and she held the position of second Padawan to the esteemed Jedi Master Shaak Ti. Sadly, not long after her promotion to knighthood, Sun met her demise at the hands of the Zeltron criminal known as Lyshaa.
From a young age, it became clear that Fe Sun possessed a strong connection to the Force, leading her to be trained at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant throughout her formative years. Eventually, she was chosen to become the Padawan of the skilled Jedi Knight Shaak Ti. In contrast to the typical Master-Padawan relationship involving missions from the Jedi High Council, Ti opted to instruct Sun in the rugged environments of Shili. Ti's training philosophy focused on rigorous preparation rather than practical experience, emphasizing the study of the Force and survival techniques.
Once Ti determined that Sun's training was complete, the young woman returned to Coruscant to undertake her Trials of Knighthood. Successfully passing these trials, she was elevated to the rank of Jedi Knight. Her inaugural mission from the High Council led her to a world besieged by mercenaries. Tasked with resolving a conflict, Sun encountered a population with strong anti-Jedi sentiments, a situation entirely foreign to her experiences on Shili. Caught off guard, Sun was defeated when the Zeltron criminal Lyshaa instigated an uprising against her. Eager to gain notoriety by killing a Jedi, Lyshaa brutally murdered Jedi Sun and boasted about her actions.
Fe Sun's untimely death marked a sorrowful distinction for Shaak Ti, as she had now trained two Padawans who suffered violent deaths after achieving knighthood. Despite being consumed by grief, Ti persevered, drawing strength from the Force to remain steadfast. Lyshaa, conversely, had little opportunity to revel in her newfound infamy, as the Jedi swiftly sought retribution. Lyshaa was incarcerated in a prison facility on Brentaal IV, where she remained until her death during the Clone Wars.
