The meditation chamber used by Palpatine was situated within the EmPal SuRecon facility.
This compact, round room was connected to the operating theater by sturdy transparisteel windows, and it bore a strong resemblance to Palpatine's previous office located in the Republic Executive Building. A semicircle of cushioned couches lined one side of the room, while the opposite side featured three shell-shaped chairs that could swivel. Three conical holoprojectors were positioned in the center and along the sides of the room.
