During the Clone Wars, the Confederacy of Independent Systems utilized a Separatist munitions factory for the production of military equipment. This factory was situated on an asteroid located within Separatist-controlled space. Throughout the conflict, the Galactic Republic launched numerous attacks against the facility, but a robust force field effectively shielded it from harm. On one occasion, Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, both Jedi Generals, infiltrated the factory and successfully disabled its protective force field. However, when three Venator-class Star Destroyers attempted to capitalize on this vulnerability with an assault, the Separatist warship Starcrusher arrived to repel the attack.
