Fin Mak'lath, a Human hailing from Kalarcha, which is the capital of Athallia, worked as a police officer in that city. However, after his wife tragically perished during food riots, Mak'lath relocated to Bespin. There, he enlisted in the Bespin Wing Guard. Just before the Occupation of Bespin in 3 ABY, Mak'lath was in the company of Lando Calrissian, Lobot, and his fellow Wing Guardsmen.
