Fligh, a Human male of tall and slender build, worked as a minor thief and informant for the Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn and Didi Oddo. A skirmish with Hutts resulted in the loss of one of his eyes, which he replaced with a striking green prosthetic. His features included a long face and noticeably large ears.
Frequenting the Galactic Senate, Fligh utilized his extensive network to exchange information for credits. In 43 BBY, Helb contracted him to pilfer Senator Uta S'orn's datapad. Subsequently, a body resembling Fligh's was discovered, leading to the assumption of his murder by strangulation and blood drainage. However, he had orchestrated his demise, escaping to Belasco. He resurfaced later, delivering the datapad to the Jedi. Ultimately, Fligh, along with three other thieves, found themselves employed by Didi and Astri Oddo.
In 26 BBY, he provided Didi Oddo with a tip regarding a rigged event at the Galactic Games on Euceron, which Didi used to place a bet. Following this, Fligh went back to Coruscant. His appearance had undergone some changes by this point. While remaining thin and wiry, his already long ears had grown even more elongated, with the lobes now touching his shoulders. A small patch of yellowing gray hair had begun to grow from his otherwise bald head. Furthermore, Fligh had exchanged his cherished green prosthetic eye for a gleaming gold one. He also retained his distinctive phrase "...so there you go," which he consistently inserted into his sentences for emphasis.
