Forrie was a Coruscant-based scoundrel who was a Human of the male persuasion.
During 19 BBY, Forrie, along with Kimm and an unidentified Bothan, were engaged in an attempt to pilfer freighters from a freighter park situated in Quadrant G-80. Unbeknownst to Forrie and Kimm, when they boarded the freighter known as the Cornucopia with the intention of stealing it, six Null-class Advanced Recon Commandos, an Imperial Commando, and the freighter's pilot were already on board. Niner, the commando, and Ordo Skirata, a Null ARC, promptly eliminated both Forrie and Kimm.
