The FT-8 Star Guard is a starfighter manufactured by Rendili StarDrive and part of the FT-series of Galactic Republic starfighters. Sporting a design common to its series, the Star Guard included twin wings, a pair of rear-mounted engines, and a laser cannon installed on each wing. This particular model was a revised version of the earlier FT-5A Honor Guard starfighter.
