Ganga Lor, a Chevin of the male variety, held the position of a crime lord. He operated from Sel Zonn Station, a space station of the XQ2 Platform type. This station was in orbit around Brentaal IV, a planet situated within the Core Worlds. Lor and Switch, the protocol droid also known as a crime lord, were age-old adversaries, both arriving at Sel Zonn Station concurrently.
Sometime in the years after the conclusion of the Clone Wars and the formation of the Galactic Empire under Palpatine, Lor came across Switch in Deep Storage Bay V14. Switch was in talks with spacers regarding an agent of the Alderaanian Resistance who was frozen in carbonite. Enraged by his exclusion from the deal, Lor commanded his subordinates to initiate an attack on Switch and the spacers.
Prior agreements had been made where Switch's thugs and bounty hunters were compensated to avoid conflict with Ganga Lor's thugs. However, during this particular altercation, Switch's thugs betrayed him, joining forces with Ganga Lor. Despite this betrayal, the spacers managed to eliminate the turncoats, ensuring Switch's safety.
Although Switch emerged alive from the conflict, Ganga Lor met his demise.
