Garrow's Neck existed as a fortress situated on the Alanciar continent, which itself was located on the planet named Kesh. Positioned slightly away from the coast, it was near Point Defiance, a westernmost promontory of the continent from which one could see the Western Sea stretching towards Keshtah. To defend against a potential invasion from the Lost Tribe of Sith residing on Keshtah, the Alanciari, or native Keshiri inhabitants of Alanciar, kept a soldiers garrison stationed at Garrow's Neck.
