Geddawai
The Geddawai, a YT-1300 light freighter, belonged to the Rebel Alliance. In 3 ABY, this ship was located at the Rebel outpost DS 5. The Geddawai served as the getaway transport for the renegade Imperial Admiral Harkov when Imperial forces discovered his location. Although a diversion was set and the environment was chaotic as the Imperials approached, Maarek Stele flying an Alpha-class Xg-1 Star Wing crippled the ship, and stormtroopers seized it. Subsequently, the ship was transported to the hangar bay of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Garrett, and its passengers, including Harkov, were taken off for questioning. The ultimate fate of the ship following its capture by the Imperials remains a mystery.
Behind the scenes
Given that a large number of ships found in the X-wing game series are anagrams or puns, it is likely that Geddawai is a play on the words "get away". This is fitting, as Harkov's plan was to use this ship to flee from the Imperials.
