The Geonosis droid foundries boardroom existed within the Geonosis droid foundries. Inside this room, Count Dooku strongly encouraged both the Commerce Guild and the Corporate Alliance to enter into an agreement with the Confederacy of Independent Systems, promising their droid armies to the cause.
After their capture within the droid foundries, Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padmé Amidala were escorted to the boardroom by Jango Fett. While there, Padmé requested that Count Dooku release Obi-Wan Kenobi into her custody. Dooku responded that they did not acknowledge the Republic on Geonosis, but he would consider her request for mercy if Naboo were to align with their cause. She declined this offer, leading to their removal from the room.
