Giant cactus

Three giant cacti. Vast forests of giant cacti thrived upon Yavin 13's arid moon. These desert plants could attain a height of 16 meters, and they defended themselves using sharp spikes. To survive, they would accumulate water from infrequent rain events, keeping it in their absorbent leaves and stalks for gradual consumption during dry spells. Furthermore, they developed extensive root systems to draw moisture from the ground.

The Slith frequently sought refuge from the sun under the shadow created by these towering plants.
