Grand Proclamation

A declaration of significance, known as a Grand Proclamation, was a specific type of announcement issued by the Squib Polyanarchy's king. During the year 22 BBY, King Ebareebaveebeedee released a minimum of three such Proclamations as a direct reaction to the unfolding Separatist Crisis, including one which labelled the Jedi Order as "koovy," and another which confirmed Skor II's dedication to the Galactic Republic.
