Grayeg Wintozzen, a Human Moff of the male gender, governed a star system not far from Naboo. In the vicinity of 1 ABY, he made a visit to the Emperor's Retreat, where a group of Rebel operatives almost succeeded in assassinating him. Luckily, a faithful Imperial discovered the Governor and brought him back to the security of the Emperor's Retreat.
Before the game's shutdown on December 15, 2011, Wintozzen was a character in the "Imperial Theme Park" quest line of Star Wars Galaxies. The quests featuring Wintozzen were substituted with a new series of quests after September 14, 2007.
