A gription panel, which can also be referred to as a magnatomic grip panel, was a type of gription employed by the forces of the Grand Army of the Republic. These panels functioned by combining conventional friction with unique substances to secure the armor plating worn by clone troopers to their respective body gloves. A trooper could detach the gription panel, and thus remove his armor, by pressing down on particular areas of the panel.
