Gungan shield generator

The Gungan shield generator was a device composed of two distinct parts, designed to produce protective shields that covered a substantial area of a battlefield. It is reasonable to assume that, similar to the Gungan personal energy shield, its underlying technology was rooted in the same plasma principles used in other Gungan technologies. The force field that this device projected could deflect energy-based weaponry, including blasts from AATs, as well as projectiles and smaller debris, however infantry could penetrate it. Typically, large war creatures like fambaas carried these generators into combat. During the Battle of Naboo, these generators offered substantial protection to the Gungan Grand Army until Trade Federation infantry managed to disable them.
