Halven

A male Human character named Halven existed in the era of the Galactic Republic. He was the sibling of Tarzen Tagge, who controlled the Tagge Company. It was Halven who proposed that Tagge try to find and mine materials, so that TaggeCo would have its own independent resource flow.
