Head of Teyr naturalization
The person in charge of naturalization on Teyr was an employee on the planet Teyr. This individual once quipped that a decrease in the number of immigrants on the planet would mean fewer mouths needed to be fed, which would increase the head's portion of Pikatta Pie.
Behind the scenes
The character who oversaw Teyr naturalization first appeared in the 1998 reference book titled The Essential Guide to Planets and Moons, which was written by Daniel Wallace.
