High City of Refuge

The High City of Refuge stood as a significant urban center situated on the planet known as Kidron. Enclosing the city was an imposing wall reaching thirty meter in height, further protected by a robust dome constructed from transparisteel. Governance of the city was the responsibility of the City High Council.
