HL-444 hover loader

Arakyd Industries' HL-444 hover loaders, which were labor droid models, were utilized on landing platforms all over Coruscant. These droids aided in the movement of lighter cargo and the management of droid traffic by using magnetic claws. Furthermore, they were present in the Jedi Temple's hangars. To operate this model, which utilized a light repulsorlift engine, a user with knowledge of binary was necessary. Possessing a 360-degree field of vision, the droid was capable of avoiding obstructions while transporting cargo, but it lacked the ability to see directly above or below its position.

These droids were also stationed at hyperspace ring stations. At these stations they assisted in the refueling of Jedi and clone trooper starfighters.

Following the purge of the Jedi Temple, HL-444 loaders were put to use transporting the bodies of deceased Jedi to the temple steps for cremation.
